Man...its a good thing I don't keep score. This winter would depress me more than I already am.

Anyway, for those of you that do, my Lloyd Blankfein painting, effectionately known as Squid Vicious, is part of the Goldman Sachs piece tonight on the McNeil Lehrer Newshour, or whatever they call it.

When I found out that I wasn't going to be able to watch the America's Cup racing on television I became even more disenchanted with the whole thing than I already was.

That said, this is a quick look at an amazing boat:



Me? I preferred normal boats. As if these boats are remotely normal...



The video is poor, better to watch in a small window, but the drama of the start is palpable. Watching these boats duking (dukeing? dooking?) it out in close quarters is amazing. I mean, they are HUGE boats.
