Before I go I wanted to share this with you:
By Jove, this is really something. You close readers may hark back to a Jimi Hendrix video I posted from U-Tube a while back. I love how Jimi does those runs up the bass string with his hand on top of the neck. And so, when I saw my boy Tommy doing the same thing at the top of this number I just felt like I had to paste it in.
It occurs early--at about the 12 second mark--at which point, in acknowledgment of the moment, he looks at somebody out of frame on the left side and makes a face of delight. I wish Jimi was alive to see this.
Me? I could probably play this well if I weren't devoting all my freaking time to painting.
