Oh Shit! The Feds Just Called!

Well, not the Feds actually.

But someone from the Downtown BID sent me a message saying that the cops caught somebody stealing my Uncle Sam.  Now the head's gone.  But the man is in custody.  I'm grabbing my camera and running down there.
