Two Uncle Sams; Neither Mine

I know what you people think:  it's always me me me me on TYOMP.  To prove you wrong, here are two Uncle Sams, both quite extraordinary in their own way ...

I think the top one is done.  I think the bottom remains a work in progress.  It's hard to tell just what is happening with the face.  This close-up reveals quite a bit ...

Pretty cool.  Special props should be given to the artist for adding more hair.  On mine you can still see the ears.
