I'm still pissed about Jo-Ann Greene's review of 'Escape from Babylon.'  Not the least of which being Greene calling my girl Martha, in a sneering sort of way, a "white American rocker."

Based on a couple of glances at photos of the woman (although not necessarily the one above -- I just liked the picture), plus the fact that her full name is Martha Carmen Josephine Hernandez Rosario de Velez, I'm taking the liberty of calling Ms. Velez a Latina.  Not that it matters, necessarily.  But when I sneer here on TYOMP I always feel like its more effective if I have my facts straight.
