Tim Geithner Seeks Financial Gain at the Expense of His Dignity

Recent article in the Wall Street Journal about the wooing of Geithner by Warburg Pincus.  Which I always thought was an odd name.  Actually it's three days old, but still.

I call your attention to this section ...

In August, Mr. Kaye and Joseph Landy, Warburg's other co-chief executive, reached out to Mr. Geithner through a mutual acquaintance. A series of meetings at Warburg's Lexington Avenue headquarters and Manhattan restaurants followed, Mr. Landy said.

Man, I bet they were some nice restaurants.
