Fifty years since Marianne Faithfull released As Tears Go By en route to becoming on of the It-Girls of 60s London.  By which I mean the world.  In celebration she's releasing a new album titled Horses and High Heels, featuring songs by Nick Cave, whoever he is, and Roger Waters, whose name I recognize, in her famously whiskey and cigarette-ravaged voice.

Me?  I preferred the 60s version ...

Here's a picture of her and Mick.  There was a time in my life when I would have killed somebody for that jacket.
