Brief Sports Note

The Miami Heat looked like death warmed over against the Indiana Pacers.  This, as they say on Game of Thrones, is known.

But let's hold the coronation of the Spurs for a moment.  Basketball is all about match-ups.  This, too, is known.  And the Pacers were the worst-case set of match-ups in the league for the Heat.  Similarly, Memphis would have given Miami fits too, but that's now moot.

The Spurs?  They play a vastly more open and free-spirited game than the Pacers.  And that's an environment in which Miami will thrive.
